If the Full report finds nothing material that would change a pricing, job-mix or customer decision, reply to your report email for a full refund to the original payment method. We also refund if your records cannot support a useful Full report.

Choose Core for a focused look at job returns, pricing and one service in one town. It covers up to two years and five job types. Choose Full for up to five years, broader visibility research and a closer look at team costs, overheads, capacity and trading changes. We can check your records and help you choose before you pay.

A job list with job type, price, date and time taken where available: up to two years for Core or five for Full. A spreadsheet or job-software export is fine. We also ask about owner time, staff costs, vehicles, materials, overheads, billable hours and callbacks. The free AEO check needs only public business details.

That’s expected. We check what you send and flag missing information. Estimates are labelled and cost assumptions are explained.

Yes. Core includes a 20-minute walkthrough and one round of clarification. Full includes a 45-minute walkthrough and questions about the findings by email.

Core uses 25 single-turn questions for one priority service and one main town, asked three times on each provider: 150 attempted answers. Full uses the broader 60-question scope across relevant services, towns and specialisms, including follow-up conversations. We use OpenAI web search and Gemini Search grounding, which can differ from their consumer apps. Dates, sources and missing answers are recorded. Neither review promises rankings or leads.
