Requests and calculator results

Nelvant stores the contact and business details you submit, your message and any optional answer about how you found us. Alex uses them to answer your request, prepare a report or discuss the pilot. Saved calculator results include the figures you entered. These records are held in Nelvant’s database on Supabase; results emails use Resend when email delivery is configured.

Visibility research

A visibility review uses your public business name, website, service and town in search-backed requests to OpenAI and Google’s Gemini. Your email address and private message are not included in those questions. The review records the answers, sources, provider and date. Alex checks the report before sharing it.

Website measurement

We count visits to the sample and pricing pages, calculator use, saved requests, pilot applications and email-contact clicks. Event totals contain a page path and date, without your email address, financial figures or URL query string. These counts are actions, not a count of unique people. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control suppress browser measurement; submitting a request still records that request.

Optional campaign tags are kept in this tab’s session storage and can accompany your submission. Temporary request limits use a daily salted hash of the connection address. Expired rate-limit records are removed when another request is checked. This site also uses an admin sign-in cookie for the owner workspace.

Questions, correction and deletion

Email alex@nelvant.com to ask what details Nelvant holds, correct them or request deletion. Requests remain in the owner workspace until Alex removes them; they are not automatically deleted on a promised schedule. This page describes the website request flow. Financial-report records and their handling are agreed separately before upload.
